It’s not just flouride; small and large water systems are being forced
to treat water at point of source instead of a cost effective
point of use system systems for everything from
chlorinization to arsenic treatment. Millions of dollars are being spent
on centralized arsenic treatment systems which are expensive to operate, maintain
and huge costs for media replacement. The revolving funds allow some loan forgiveness as they say these are green projects. Who are they kidding? The EPA has to understand when they pass laws-the states interprete their own rules of enforcement.
